Welcome to Aimaro Commerce.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, online boutiques, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including Aimaro Jewellery, Aimaro Pets, and Aimaro Hair (collectively referred to as “Aimaro Commerce”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

1. About Us

Aimaro Commerce is a trade name of MV Business Development, a company registered in the Netherlands. For legal correspondence, see our Legal Page.

Each Aimaro brand operates under this entity and shares the same business and privacy standards.

2. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations;

  • Infringe or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Services;

  • Engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Orders

All products listed on our websites are subject to availability.

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing, but minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or digital display differences.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information;

  • You will promptly update us with any order or address changes;

  • We may cancel or adjust orders in case of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at checkout through the available methods (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, etc.).

We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and/or Mollie B.V., and in some cases, through third-party gateways such as Klarna or Stripe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We work with a global network of suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Average delivery times are 7–12 business days after order confirmation.

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order ships.

We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

By purchasing from any Aimaro brand, you agree to the terms of that policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Services — including text, logos, images, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Aimaro Commerce or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain features of our websites may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment providers, shipping carriers, or analytics tools).

Your use of those services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Aimaro Commerce is not responsible for any third-party content, practices, or data handling outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aimaro Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products;

  • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates.
