This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Aimaro Commerce and its associated online boutiques — Aimaro Jewellery, Aimaro Pets, and Aimaro Hair.
We value transparency and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
This 14-day period begins the day after you receive your item.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email at info@aimarocommerce.com.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the warehouse return address of the relevant fulfillment partner.
⚠️ Returns cannot be sent to the registered address of Aimaro Commerce. Returns sent without prior approval or to the incorrect address cannot be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Aimaro Commerce does not reimburse shipping fees (initial or return).
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made items
Hygiene-related products (e.g. opened grooming tools, pet accessories, or hair products)
Refunds are processed after the supplier receives and inspects the returned item.
Please allow up to 14 business days after confirmation for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Aimaro Commerce works with multiple trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses.
Returns are processed directly by these partners, under Aimaro Commerce supervision to ensure compliance with EU consumer protection standards.
