This Shipping Policy applies to all online boutiques operated by Aimaro Commerce, including Aimaro Jewellery, Aimaro Pets, and Aimaro Hair.
We work with carefully selected fulfillment partners and warehouses to deliver your orders efficiently and safely.
Processing Time
Each order is processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Some products may be made-to-order or custom-prepared before shipping. In these cases, processing time may extend by a few extra days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected collections or orders above a specific amount.
Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking links to become active.
Delivery & Customs
All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
International & EU Orders
Most Aimaro orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners, who include VAT and import duties in advance through the IOSS system for European Union deliveries. This means that, in most cases, no additional customs charges are required upon delivery.
In rare situations — such as high-value orders or items shipped directly from our overseas warehouse — local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Aimaro Commerce and its brand boutiques (Aimaro Jewellery, Aimaro Pets, and Aimaro Hair) ensure full transparency in shipping and fulfillment. Any applicable duties will be clearly communicated by the carrier prior to delivery.
Aimaro Commerce is not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services.
VAT & Duties Notice
All prices for EU customers include VAT under our Dutch One Stop Shop (OSS) registration NL001416645B45, ensuring full compliance across all EU member states.
For customers outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not covered by Aimaro.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@aimarocommerce.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
We’ll assist you in contacting the courier and ensuring a resolution.
